East Coast History Tour
Twindly Bridge is excited to be coordinating another educational tour of historic locations! We are teaming up with Our Heritage Tours to guide students on an up-close and personal tour of our nation’s history. This tour is a great way to engage students in U.S. history and help them build real life connections to academic learning. The tour will be geared to middle and high school students. As always, parents are welcome and encouraged, but students may also travel on their own. Student allotments may be used to help offset the cost of the tour. High school students will have the opportunity to receive high school credit for the trip as well. Please click the link above for more information and you may contact Eric Rains at Twindly Bridge if you have any other questions. Students from other MSBSD schools are welcome to attend as well.

Pacific Northwest Engineering Tour
Pacific Northwest Engineering Tour
Twindly Bridge is headed to the Pacific Northwest for an up close and personal look at engineering and design with companies on the front lines of innovation. We will see how Boeing uses robots to build some of the world's largest aircraft, like the 787 Dreamliner. We’ll witness how Amazon keeps up with demand for products around the world through clever engineering and select robotics. We’ll experience a behind the scenes look at how software engineers develop popular gaming and business software with tours of both Epic and Microsoft. Finally, we’ll discover what it takes to become an engineer, as well as find out what life is like at a major university on our visit to the University of Washington. Students from other MSBSD schools are welcome to attend as well.
