FAQ

What happens to allotment moneys not used by the end of the year?
All student allotments which are not used by the end of the year will roll over to the following school year.
Will we still be doing the Seward/Seldovia trip?
At this time all trips are canceled through the end of April.  It is very likely all trips will be canceled through the end of the school year unless something drastically changes between now and then.
Can we order more curriculum for the summer or next school year now?
Yes, you can order next year's curriculum with this year's allotment. It will still need to be approved first. All reimbursements will need to be turned in by May 1. Please feel free to call or email if you have further questions about ordering curriculum or having us order it for you.
How will we do grade conferences?
If schools are still closed to the public during conferences we will do them via videoconference or teleconference. Work samples could be submitted via a shared Google Folder, email, mail, dropped off, etc. Talk to your advisor to find out which method would be best.
Can we come into the school to drop off or pick up items?
All district schools are closed to the public.  We are working hard to convert all paperwork to digital format.  Should you need to physically drop off paperwork there is a dropbox located outside the front door of both the main Twindly Bridge office as well as the Palmer site.  If there is an item which you need to pick up, please contact the office and arrangements will be made to get it to you.
